Delivery & Cash on Delivery
- Cash on Delivery: you pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. No card or advance payment is needed.
- Order confirmation: after you place an order we call or WhatsApp you to confirm it. Orders we cannot confirm are not sent.
- Delivery time: 3–5 working days all over Pakistan after your order is confirmed. Remote areas can take a little longer.
- Delivery charges: shown in your bill at checkout, or confirmed on the call if they depend on your city.
- Tracking: once your parcel is sent we share the courier tracking number, and you can track your order here.
- Please check the parcel when it arrives. If anything is wrong, tell us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with a photo.
7-day exchange policy
- You can exchange a piece within 7 days of receiving it.
- It must be unused, unwashed and unstitched (for unstitched fabric), with all tags and the original packing.
- Exchange is for another size, colour or design of the same or higher price (you pay the difference). We do not give cash refunds.
- If you received a wrong or faulty piece, we exchange it and pay the delivery both ways.
- For any other exchange, the customer pays the delivery charges.
- Sale items and customised / altered pieces cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty.
- To start an exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo.
Size guide
For stitched pieces. Measurements are body measurements in inches. Sizes can differ slightly from brand to brand — if you are between two sizes, choose the bigger one, or ask us on WhatsApp.

How to measure: bust / chest around the fullest part · waist around the natural waistline · hips around the fullest part · length from the shoulder down.
Privacy
- We ask only for what we need to deliver your order: name, mobile number, city and address.
- We use it to confirm, send and track your order, and to contact you about it. We do not sell or share it, except with the courier company that delivers your parcel.
- Your bag and your delivery details are remembered on your own device to make your next order faster. You can clear them any time from your browser settings.
- To see or delete the details we hold about you, message us on WhatsApp.
Terms
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and stock can change without notice; the price in your confirmed order is the price you pay.
- Every product is labelled Original or Designer Inspired. Designer Inspired pieces are our own versions and are not made by, or connected to, any brand.
- Colours can look slightly different on screens than in real life.
- We may cancel an order if we cannot confirm it, if the piece is out of stock, or if the details look false. You pay nothing for a cancelled order.
- By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our exchange policy.
